How does Crescere Capital Management find its real estate deals?
The Crescere Capital Management team works with industry insiders and real estate brokers to identify optimal investment opportunities.
How are Crescere Capital Management structured?
Each investment is set up as a new Limited Partnership (LP) which owns the property. The investors become members of this LP and receive a K-1 for taxes.
Who can invest with Crescere Capital Management ?
Crescere Capital is only able to accept Accredited Investors as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission under rule 501 of Regulation D.
What is an accredited Investor?
To qualify as an accredited investor, a person must demonstrate an annual income of $200,000, or $300,000 for joint income, for the last two years with expectation of earning the same or higher income. An individual must have earned income above the thresholds either alone or with a spouse over the last three years.

A person is also considered an accredited investor if he has a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with his spouse.
What will my return be on my investment?
Each investment with Crescere Capital is different and thus will offer different yields. Our current investors are currently earning cash on cash yields between 7.0% – 16.0% annually.
Can I pick which property I invest in?
Crescere Capital focuses on commercial properties across the United States. Each property is a separate investment which is different than a pooled fund that invests in multiple properties with no say from the investor. For each investment, Crescere releases an offering describing the investment opportunity. After review, It is the investor’s choice on whether or not the investment is right for their current situation and financial goals.
How do I receive my quarterly distributions ?
Investors receive quarterly distributions via a check to their preferred address.
