At Crescere, we believe in growing long term wealth through real estate using the recurring revenue investment strategy.
Founded by Chris Hotze in 2005, Crescere’s purpose is to provide investment opportunities in commercial real estate to accredited investors.
Chris’ father was a real estate investor and Chris observed him create a large investment portfolio in Houston, Texas. From a young age Chris was shown the benefits of recurring revenue which later guided his career into real estate investment, management, development, and acquisition.
Our executive team carefully analyzes and selects real estate investments that provide impactful long-term cash flow. Through our offerings, Crescere Capital provides investors the opportunity to invest in repositioned urban core properties, legacy assets, and developments.
Chris Hotze

Background
Chris Hotze is the CEO and Founder of Crescere Capital, LLC. He primarily focuses on investment strategy, acquisitions, and corporate culture.
At the age of 29, Chris took over and managed a large multi-tenant property. He had the vision to implement changes to create value while charting a course for the redevelopment of the asset. During the evolution of this project, he found his niche in the commercial real estate world.
He has since been part of the acquisition and development of over $250 million in real estate assets in the following six states: Texas, Washington, Nevada, New Mexico, Indiana, and Mississippi.
Education
Chris received a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He received his MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. Chris also attended South Texas College of Law.

Ashley Hotze

Ashley is approaching two decades of experience in commercial real estate.
Ashley focuses on the daily operations of the properties and manages the Crescere team. Her expertise and skill sets add value to a diverse and growing portfolio of Crescere investments.
As President, Ashley she also builds strategies for the long-term vision in the management and development phases of the portfolio assets. Each class, industrial, retail, and multifamily brings opportunities to manage and enhance value.
Ashley is involved in the day-to-day management Crescere’s portfolio of industrial, retail, and multifamily properties.
Education
Ashley is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science. She has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2001.

Julia Hotze

Julia moved to Houston to work for a big four accounting firm in a client-facing role and soon after she shifted her career to real estate.
As Director of Investor Relations, she provides investors with timely communication, reports, and information regarding their Crescere investments.
Julia works closely with the CEO and President to stay informed on finance trends, occupancy rates, debt market cycles, and investor communications and relationships.
Education
Julia received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and a minor in French.
